Front Desk Executive
Minimum Education : Graduation / Diploma Travel & Tourism
Work Experience : Minimum 2 years
Location : Kochi / Ernakulam

Job Description :

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • 1. Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
  • 2. Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
  • 3. Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
  • 4. Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
  • 5. Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
  • 6. Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
  • 7.Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.

 

Skills Required:

 
  • 1. Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Representative.
  • 2. Excellent communication skills.
  • 3. Good Time-management skills.
  • 4. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 4. Customer Handling skills.
  • 5. Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Training Coordinator
Minimum Education : Any
Work Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years
Location : Kochi / Ernakulam

Job Description :

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rostering of faculties, resource utilization (Classroom & Faculty),
  • Batch formation & batch launch
  • Ensuring student Attendance, collection, student satisfaction, certification.
  • Course ware distribution, ensuring staff & students grooming
  • Ensuring staff & student discipline
  • Coordination with all departments
  • Supporting Placements related activities
  • Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery
  • Controlling slippage, dropouts & leakage

 

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is must.
  • Energetic & enthusiastic
  • Team Player
