Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- 2. Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
- 3. Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
- 4. Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
- 5. Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
- 6. Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
- 7.Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.
Skills Required:
- 1. Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Representative.
- 2. Excellent communication skills.
- 3. Good Time-management skills.
- 4. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- 4. Customer Handling skills.
- 5. Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Training Coordinator
Minimum Education : Any
Work Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years
Location : Kochi / Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities:
- Rostering of faculties, resource utilization (Classroom & Faculty),
- Batch formation & batch launch
- Ensuring student Attendance, collection, student satisfaction, certification.
- Course ware distribution, ensuring staff & students grooming
- Ensuring staff & student discipline
- Coordination with all departments
- Supporting Placements related activities
- Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery
- Controlling slippage, dropouts & leakage
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is must.
